This is one of my very first & personal favorite character I made so far.

Anyways, this is Rocky.

Bio:

Challenged with keeping his life in the balance, Rocky Ramos is determined to fix his wrongs. Formerly a veteran, Rocky had turned to a life of street gangs to aid his struggling livelihood for his family in San Furcisco. After failing an important gang mission, Rocky becomes a threat & a target to the Virreyes gang & his former boss, Ri-Low. But this action cost the life of Rocky's mother & lead him to a painful family tragedy!

Now broken, Rocky relocates to the thriving city of Los Animales, a violent & brutal city ruled by the most vicious & deranged criminals in the world! Determined to make things right, Rocky takes up the mantle of a street vigilante where he encounters his best friends & vile demented gangsters! Now Rocky will prove what it takes to take out the criminal demons in the City of Animals!

Personality:
On the surface, Rocky seems to be a very protective person, wanting to keep the people he cares about close and safe. Often being labeled as a "overprotective daddy" as his daughter puts it.

Rocky is slightly calm under pressure, able to keep a clear mind and work through problems systematically and with composure. He is often depicted as light-hearted, humorous & full of wise cracking & dirty insults, especially in situations that can lead to his own death. Though sometimes there are moments where Rocky can be very dark.

In his dark moments, Rocky can be easily enraged and is extremely aggressive & even very violent if set off. He is bitterly, even bitingly, sarcastic, as well as exceedingly trigger-happy and very paranoid. Rocky doesn't hesitate in taking another life if he has to. Because of this, his family & close friends often see him as a cold-hearted monster.

Apparently he is saddled with some health problems. He suffers from PTSD, having scary traumatic dreams & flashbacks about the death of his mother. Even to this day, Rocky is a heavy alcoholic, often intoxicating himself to get rid of his extreme emotional episodes.

It all stems from this loneliness and pain that he despises being guilty of his mother's death & the horrible actions he regrets. Rocky prays every night to wash away his mistakes & sins for forgiveness as he regretted being a gang member.

This shows you that in reality, that Rocky isn't a cold unforgiving murderer... Rocky is a broken soul. A fallen angel in a dangerous life as a vigilante & who wants his sins to be forgiven. You come to realize that all he wants... is a pursuit of peace & happiness with his family & his life.
